fully furnished and is meticulous about preparing and servicing them
during our stay. Best of all, the staff is remarkably and consistently attentive
to our needs during our stay.

私の場合は、ネットでの買い物をすることが多いのですが、宅配物を代わりに受けっとってくださり、着払いの場合でも（もちろんお金は先にお渡ししますが）ちゃんと対応してくださいました。
また集荷の手配（DHLなど）も気軽にやっていただき大助かりでした。
アットホームな雰囲気が素晴らしいと思いました。
The location is excellent, close to restaurants, supermarkets, subways,
railway services, department stores and shopping complexes.
The apartment is completely furnished with what we need. A little pricey
–it’s Japan–but the great location allowed us a lovely stay in a beautiful city.
Excellent location on the northern area of Umeda, Osaka. Close to the high street providing
easy access to many restaurants and shops. The staff is always attentive to our needs.
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, essential kitchen equipment,
including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
