What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is furnished with furniture, fittings, electrical
appliances and daily essentials. Also, rent includes utilities, internet,
weekly room cleaning and bed linen change service, and twice a week
bathroom linen supply. The on-site concierge assists you when you
move in and provides day to day support and ensures your stay is
comfortable and enjoyable.

What is the shortest period for a contract?

The shortest period for a contract is one month.

What documents are required to sign a contract?

The application form, copy of photo identification or passport,
the security deposit and initial monthly rent are required.
Please note that no key money or brokerage fee is required.

How long does the application take?

Generally, we will inform you of the results in about 3 business days
after you submit the application form.

What is a fixed-term lease and rental agreement?

This is a contract in which the contract ends without being renewed
when the period agreed upon at the time of the contract expires.
It is possible to live with us by requesting a re-contract before the
contract period expires.

Is it possible to cancel in the middle of the contract?

You cannot cancel a one-month contract. However, if the contract
is more than one month, you can cancel it by providing at least
two weeks’ notice. The length of termination notice may vary due
to the contract period.

Please tell me about the rent payment methods and billing cycle.

We request the rent payment via bank transfer.
Rent for the following month is due by the end of the month.

Can I view the room in advance?

It is a pleasure to welcome you to our property.
Please contact us for an appointment. Alternatively, we can arrange
a viewing via mobile phone if you are not in the area.

Can I have a pet?

Pets are not allowed on our property.

Is smoking allowed in the building?

Smoking is not allowed in your room and premises except
in the smoking cubicles on the designated floors.

Do you have a parking lot?

Parking space is available in the vicinity for a fee.

Do you have a bicycle parking space?

We do provide limited bicycle parking space on a first-come
first-served basis without charge.

What are included in the rent?

The rent includes the following charges: utilities such as gas, water,
and electricity (with specified usage limits,typically sufficient for
normal consumption), Wi-Fi and internet usage fees,
weekly room cleaning and bed-making, bi-weekly replacement of
bathroom linens, and concierge services.

※There is no requirement to pay a brokerage fee,
common area service fee, maintenance fee, or key money.”

Are there any additional payments besides the rent?

Only a security deposit is required, but it will be refunded upon
move-out if there are no lost items or damages to the room.
